Welcome to Port Royal Elementary School!

We are so glad you are going to attend Port Royal Elementary for the 2023-2024 school year. To complete the enrollment process, you must submit:

  • SC Immunization (SCDHEC Form 2740)- a copy can be obtained from:

South Carolina Department of Health

Beaufort, SC 29902

or your doctor's office. 

This can be emailed, faxed, or brought to PRES.

  • A copy of your child's birth certificate-this can be uploaded though the online registration or brought to PRES.
  • Provide current proof of residency- this can be uploaded though the online registration or brought to PRES.

 

Proof of Residency acceptable requirements

All aspects of the registration must be completed prior to the first day of school.
